Basic Charges are as follows:
Callout Fee: from $42 + GST (for up to 10km)
Hourly Rate: $120 + GST (minimum 20 minute charge)
Hourly Rate (Remote): $120 + GST (minimum 20 minute charge)

Hourly Rate (Phone Support): $120 + GST (minimum charge $12 + GST)
After hours and holidays incur a 50% extra surcharge. Time charged in 10 minute increments
