Microsoft generally releases Window 10 updates on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and sometimes on the 4th Tuesday of the Month. If you leave your computer on that Tuesday or Wednesday night it allows for the update to be downloaded during the night. On the next morning you should give the computer a restart. By doing this you can sometimes avoid the slowdown that happens when your computer is downloading and installing updates.

Blue Light affects Sleep.
In the modern age of technology it is not uncommon to come home after a long day at work or school and blow off steam by reading an e-book or watching television. Lately, however, scientists have been cautioning against using light-emitting devices before bed. Why? The light from our devices is “short-wavelength-enriched,” meaning it has a higher concentration of blue light than natural light—and blue light affects levels of the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin more than any other wavelength

I am surprised how many people seem to think it is best to leave their computer run 24 hours a day.
By running it longer you are reducing its life as well as wasting power. Windows usually runs better on a clean boot anyway.
