May 2019 brings another major windows 10 update. It features a light theme, speed improvements, and lots of polish.
Be prepared for slower internet as it downloads in the background. I suggest leaving your computer on for at least one night after the 2nd and 4th Tuesday's of the month when Microsoft releases updates.

Blue Light affects Sleep.
In the modern age of technology it is not uncommon to come home after a long day at work or school and blow off steam by reading an e-book or watching television. Lately, however, scientists have been cautioning against using light-emitting devices before bed. Why? The light from our devices is “short-wavelength-enriched,” meaning it has a higher concentration of blue light than natural light—and blue light affects levels of the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin more than any other wavelength
Android, Apple & now Microsoft all now have options to reduce Blue Light on your devices. Contact me if you need help setting this up.
I am surprised how many people seem to think it is best to leave their computer run 24 hours a day.
By running it longer you are reducing its life as well as wasting power. Windows usually runs better on a clean boot anyway.
